Refund policy
At Mary & Margaret Dublin, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This is in accordance with your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging where possible
• Free from perfume, deodorant, or other scents
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@marymargaretdublin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Please do not return items without contacting us first — unrequested returns may be refused.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@marymargaretdublin.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
