Shipping policy
Mary & Margaret Dublin delivers exclusively within Ireland. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland only. We do not ship internationally, including to Northern Ireland or Great Britain.
2. Processing Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

• Delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, weather, or high seasonal demand
Most shipments arrive within the stated timeframe.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.
During high demand periods, such as sale events, new collection launches, or holidays processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated by email.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. If the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@marymargaretdublin.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
