1. Changing Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating your shipping address, changing product quantities, or correcting information, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.
We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order has been prepared for dispatch. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, changes may no longer be possible.
2. Cancelling Your Order Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still be eligible to return the item under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
3. Your EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw.

4. Personalised or Custom-Made Products
Orders for personalised, custom-made, or specially manufactured products may not be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where required by law or if the product is faulty.
